This steroid can be given to adults as well as children above 2 years age. 30 ML Deflazacort Oral Syrup is prescribed by doctor to slow down the progression of disability. It is not effective at curing the disability. This oral suspension can also promote strengthening of muscle. It must not be given to children younger than 2 years old as it contains an ingredient that is not good for their health and cause severe side effects.
